Manoa Historic Homes Walking Tour

One of the most popular of Malama o Manoa's recurring activities is the self-guided walking tour of Manoa Valley historic homes and neighborhoods.

Generally conducted once every two years, this year's tour is mid-Valley, with parking at Manoa District Park in the upper parking lot on Manoa Road. Shuttles will be there to proceed to the registration tent where tour packets and directions are handed out. Shuttles return walkers to the parking lot after their tours.

The leisurely stroll visits eight homes, and features six properties listed on the State Register of Historic Homes.  These registered homes are also open for viewing, with docents stationed in varous rooms and areas to describe the homes' background and features in detail. 

In Manoa tradition, this event takes place—rain or shine.
